Rain or Shine

We just got back from seeing Genesis at the Hollywood Bowl. What an awesome band. Phil Collins kept running back and forth between playing the drums and singing lead vocals. They played lots of great songs, and I didn't want it to end. Unfortunately, they had to cut out early, since it was RAINING! Nearly the whole time! And eventually everyone was soaked and Phil said their equipment was no longer working right, and they had to go. I'm afraid it probably took us another 2 hours to get home. Due to the unexpected end of the show, we were not able to leave "early" enough to avoid the massive human traffic jam that always occurs leaving the Bowl. And so we missed the first set of buses and had to wait (in the rain) 45 minutes for the next set. But I'd do it again, to see Genesis.
