Safety Tip

If you were to become injured, how would your friends or family be notified? The first logical place the rescue workers will look for contact information is in your cell phone. Put your emergency contact information under the code "ICE", which stands for "In Case of Emergency". This idea was conceived about a year ago, and the grass roots movement has become well established. You may have heard of it but you still haven't done it. Your emergency contact is probably already programmed into your phone, but under a different name. Take a few seconds to change the name to "ICE".
