We have some friends in Portland who have asked us if they can "come over" for a visit. How old-fashioned! I have many feelings about this. I am:
a) delighted
b) terrified
c) stuck in state of contemplation about how old-fashioned this is
the only thing that breaks my state of contemplation is a return to feeling terrified. If you saw our furniture you would know why.
