Dry county

It's really dry the last few days. I know this is a desert and it's always dry, but the last few days have had like, negative humidity or something. And so my skin is rebelling. I can't sleep at night because it feels like I'm wearing wool pajamas and sleeping under wool sheets. My arms and legs are so itchy. I put lotion on but then I itch 5 minutes later. Yesterday I wore a short sleeve shirt and got a rash around the short sleeves. So today I wore a sleeveless shirt and now I have a rash even higher. I have to walk around with my arms straight out from my sides.
