Quite Enough

Tonight, while driving home on the 101, I got behind a car that had this on its license plate frame:

6000 million people

are quite enough!

So, first I puzzled over the seemingly deliberate misspelling of "6 billion."

Then I wondered what exactly the author was referring to.

I finally decided that 6000 million is either the number of people on the 101 at any given moment, or the number of people who visit Disneyland every weekend.
