Here we are at Echo Park Lake, feeding the ducks corn tortillas and hot dog buns. They preferred the buns. I particularly liked this picture of the bird man, though he was NOT selling his wares for "tuppence a bag." Incidentally, I believe the Huell Howser show at Echo Park Lake will re-air on March 28th for those of you who watch KCET, and want to see more about my 'hood.

I'm reading a book about ravens-- the author says their favorite food hands down is potato chips. Might try that next time?
