Italian Ices

We like to make Italian Ices, or Cremosas.  We used to like to order Italian Ices in restaurants, until I found out they are just club soda and syrup.  I'd had no idea!  Fill a glass with crushed ice.  Pour club soda.  Add 1-2 oz of flavored syrup (like Torani brand).  That's it.  If you want to make it a cremosa, add some half-and-half or cream.  Then add a straw.  Or, Libby-style, add 3 straws.

I had no idea either. Our homemade cream soda is so good... yum.
